Position Description:
Responsible for Workday HRMS system including troubleshooting, enhancement of configuration and new configuration. Consultants needs to have experience collecting and responding to business requirements. Primary HR lead for Workday system backfilling employee out on leave.
Workday / HCM Support
o iService tickets must be created to track all problems
o Backfill/BA team will resolves problems based off tickets submitted
Bus Ops Support with newly added security / functionality
o New BP functionality build / roll out to team
o Training on new business processes as requested by Bus Ops / troubleshooting assistance for team
o LK will attend major reorganization meetings with Bus Ops as necessary
Workday Stakeholder Meetings
o LK / Backfill run jointly; updates on project work being completed; review and approval of next projects to begin
Payroll Support / Troubleshooting
Time Tracking Support / Troubleshooting
Minimum Skills required:
Must have 3-5 years Workday configuration experience working in different Workday environments. At minimum, must have HCM, Security, Business Process configuration and troubleshooting experience.
Other Essential Job Functions:
Prefer consultants in Cincinnati or the regional area. This WILL REQUIRE significant onsite work in our Cincinnati office.
