Role: Senior ServiceNow QA
Location: Santa Clara, CA
Duration: 6+ months
As a member of ServiceNow Quality Assurance team, you will be responsible for leading the design, development and launch of testing and validation frameworks that work with ServiceNow platform. You will have significant influence on our overall strategy by helping define our testing and validation strategy, driving the system architecture, and spearheading best practices that enable a quality product.

Drive test planning and strategy across several unit development teams for a concise and unified game plan of product validation.·
Advocate for improving user experience, to promote an easier-to-learn easier-to-use product.·
Work closely with product managers and customers in building out the product features, in an Agile manner.·
As a key member of the team driving the quality of our products and services to the next level.
