When sourcing we should look for:

-          Strong experience with native iOS app development (SWIFT and Objective – C)

-          Some experience with Hybrid iOS app development using

-          Worked in Agile development process

-       Look for iOS dev who have worked on developing Native iOS app using  SWIFT, Object C, Native React.

-       Experience working in agile environment

-       Also any experience developing Hybrid app using Cordova and phone gap would be big plus.

-       In submittal email, include the LinkedIn profile, if visa candidate, then when the first visa was issued, any Github account
