HOT REQ Urgent Requirement: Automation QA Tester with UFT (Need Locals to Chicago, IL)

Position : Automation QA Tester with UFT

Location: Chicago, IL
Duration: 6+ months

Multiple rounds with our Vendor consultants and 1 with client face to face

Essential responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Analyst position include:
   - Demonstrated experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as UFT/QTP, Selenium, etc. - Needs to have worked with VBScript as it relates to UFT
   - Familiarity with web services standards and hands on experience utilizing related testing tools (SOAPUI, HP UFT API).
   - Develop test plans for testing all functionality and data integrity of proprietary applications
   - Provide estimates for the duration of test assignments
   - Develop, design, execute, document and maintain test plans/ procedures for manual testing
   - Analyze test results and communicate findings/ recommendations to project team leads for issues and problem resolution
   - Review user requirements and specifications
   - Maintain test matrices and reported bugs
   - Create and execute SQL to support testing activities
   - Other duties, as assigned

The successful candidate will have:
   - BS in Business, Computer Science or comparable experience.
   - 5+ years' experience in Software Quality Assurance is preferred.
   - Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
   - Experience in creating manual scripts for performing functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
   - Experience in test case planning, development, testing procedures, and analyzing test results utilizing various methodologies
   - Working knowledge of SQL.
   - Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
   - Understanding of organizational impacts and trade-offs of quality processes
