Primary Skills: Customer service applications handling
Rate: $35/hr on C2C Max.
v Experience with customer service applications handling.
v Need to understand the e2e ecommerce journey of order.
v Responds to customer web inquiries regarding online merchandise or service orders.
v Assists customers with product selection, answers basic questions, and suggests various product options that are available.
v Documents customer problems and inputs in ticketing system.
v Ensures prompt and proper resolution of customer queries by providing additional information or escalating/engaging others in the organization to provide a solution according to defined procedures.
v Must be good in root cause analysis.
